By booking any training session with Coach Bryan, clients (or legal guardians for clients under or over 18) agree to the following terms:
Acknowledgment of Risks:
Boxing and fitness training are physically demanding and may involve contact, high-intensity movements, and the use of equipment. Clients understand that despite safety measures, there is a risk of injury, including but not limited to bruises, muscle strain, sprains, and other physical trauma.
Injury Prevention Measures:
Coach Bryan emphasizes proper technique, warm-ups, and the use of protective equipment to minimize injury risks. However, clients acknowledge that accidents may still occur and agree to assume full responsibility for their participation.
Health Responsibility:
Clients confirm they are in good physical health to participate in boxing, self-defense, or fitness training. It is strongly recommended that clients consult a physician before engaging in physical training, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
Liability Release:
Clients agree that Coach Bryan and affiliated locations or trainers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may arise during or after training sessions. This waiver applies to all sessions, including personal, group, and sparring training.
Consent for Minors:
Clients under 18 years of age require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By signing or booking a session, the guardian agrees to this waiver on behalf of the minor.
By booking and participating in training, clients agree to these terms and understand the risks associated with contact sports and physical training.
